WHAT IS THE MDVIP WELLNESS PROGRAM?

MDVIP is a health and wellness program offering advanced health screenings, same and next-day appointments, travel benefits, direct contact with your physician, and a family plan. Dr. Kornegay is additionally able to offer discounts on some common services: tirzepatide, botulinum toxin, hormone replacement therapy HRT and TRT, and for self-pay patients.

QUESTIONS FOR YOUR DOCTOR OR OUR STAFF

You may utilize our patient portal to send a protected message or question directly to the doctor or nurse. These messages are stored in your patient chart and are a convenient way to communicate non-emergent concerns or questions.

NEWBORN

Newborn infants will be seen by a hospital pediatrician or neonatologist.  Prior to discharge make an appointment with our office for your new baby’s follow-up appointment.  We are excited to meet your newest addition to the family!

HOSPITAL CARE

Patients requiring hospitalization will be cared for in the hospital by a hospital-based physician. Patients should notify hospital physicians of their primary care provider’s contact information so that pertinent information from hospitalizations can be forwarded to our office and allow for the best possible care.

AFTER-HOURS CARE

Calls made after-hours to medical providers should be limited to urgent medical needs. Medication refills can be requested during regular office hours and you should allow at least 24 hours for routine requests. After-hours clinics are available in our area. For medical emergencies, call 911.
